How do I order?

Simply place your order on the site and we'll fulfill it for you! You can also message us on Instagram and we'll help you place an order.



Do you only ship to the US?

We are able to ship anywhere in the world, however, shipping and customs charges need to be shouldered by you.

When will you ship my order?

Shipping is done every Friday, before 2pm. 


What are the shipping options?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options! We can do standard and Express shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc. Every order comes with insurance, so you do not need to worry about broken items. Each order also comes with a tracking number. 


How can I pay?

You can pay through PayPal, Credit Card etc.


Do you accept refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items and for hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. We will only accept refunds and returns if:

1) The item shipped is not the one you ordered

2) The item got damaged in transit

Otherwise, it is final sale. 


Why is my order in a bag instead of a box?

We live by the trusty saying, "reuse, reduce and recycle". We believe that by putting the products in a reusable organza bag, we will reduce the carbon footprint and even in our own little way, help the Earth heal itself. As for the plastic bags used to ship your item, we are working on a more sustainable solution so we will be 100% recyclable when it comes to packaging. 

Is your makeup cruelty free?

Absolutely! We love animals and would NEVER test on them.

It says the item is out of stock. Are you going to restock again?

We might be able to restock if there is enough demand, but since every collection is limited edition, the chances for restocking may be little.


Do you have a physical store?

Not yet!

Do you sell on Shoppee or Lazada?

As of now, the only place you can get our items is on our website. But we are soon opening on Shoppee!
