1. How and where do I order?

There are currently 3 avenues to order! 

Instagram and Facebook: view our shop and it will redirect you to our website.

Website: just simply go to filipinta.com, choose the items you like and checkout!

 

I just ordered! Now what?

First of all, thank you for your support! Now you can sit back, relax and wait for your order to come. Please give me 5-7 days to process your order as most items are made fresh as soon as I get the request.

 

My order is taking forever to get here! What is going on? 

We’re so sorry for the delay! At the moment there is only one person doing all the packing, shipping and product creation (me!).

 Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to process any returns. However, if there is something wrong with the item, please let us know and we can issue a refund or replacement.

 

Wholesale and Reselling

Can we resell your products?

You absolutely can! Please send us an email at filipintabeauty@gmail.com so we can send you our catalog.

Can you sponsor our school/work/awards events?

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to afford sponsoring events.
