1. How and where do I order?

There are currently 3 avenues to order! 

Instagram and Facebook: view our shop and it will redirect you to our website.

Website: just simply go to filipinta.com, choose the items you like and checkout!

 

I just ordered! Now what?

First of all, thank you for your support! Now you can sit back, relax and wait for your order to come. Please give me 5-7 days to process your order as most items are made fresh as soon as I get the request.

 

My order is taking forever to get here! What is going on? 

We’re so sorry for the delay! At the moment there is only one person doing all the packing, shipping and product creation (me!). Each item is made to order and is created once I process it. It usually takes 7-14 days to create your product depending on the complexity/ where you are in the order queue.

 Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to process any returns. However, if there is something wrong with the item, please let us know and we can issue a refund or replacement.

My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. I would like a refund.

I'm so sorry to hear that! Once an order is marked Delivered by USPS, it is considered fulfilled, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed delivered but not received. In many cases, these packages are located within a few days or were misdelivered nearby.

Please try the following steps first:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, side door, garage, and any hidden drop-off areas

  • Ask household members, neighbors, or your building office

  • Verify the shipping address on your order

If the package is still missing, please file a Missing Mail Search with USPS so they can investigate the delivery:

  1. Go to USPS.com

  2. Select Help → Find Missing Mail

  3. Sign in or create a USPS account

  4. Submit a Missing Mail Search using your tracking number

USPS will contact you directly with updates regarding their investigation. If you need any details from us to support your claim, we’re happy to help.

As a small business, we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to afford sponsoring events.

Good evening. I ordered on 11/10/24 and I thought I would have my order by now 1/4/25. It originally said I would have the order by 1/1/25- but I have not received it-

The usps tracking says it that they are still awaiting the item as of 12/31/24-

Should I expect it soon- Your website also states that you do not do refunds- so I’m not sure what to do. I’d really like to try the product if I receive it.

First of all, LOVE your packaging design and marketing concepts. They are 🤌🏽.
I am curious as to what types of ingredients are used in your makeup as I have only used clean makeup in the past 5 years. Though I do often find that small businesses, because products are made in small batches, usually end up having higher quality ingredients whether intentional or not and that is why I love to support them over bigger mass produced brands who claim to be clean (read—not have toxic ingredients)

So just wanted to check in before I buy some gifts for my fellow clean beauty girlies and also, wanted to send some love to a fellow Filipina and thank you for repping us to the fullest! 🫶🏽
